TPU High and Low Temperature Film / High Elastic Film Production Line

TPU high and low temperature film is widely used in shoe materials, clothing, bags, waterproof zippers and other textile fabrics because of its soft, close to the skin, high elasticity, three-dimensional feeling and easy to use. For example, the vamp, tongue label, trademark and decorative accessories of sports shoes industry, straps of bags, reflective safety labels, logo, etc.

Because of its excellent elasticity and adhesion strength, TPU high elastic film is widely used in sewing fabrics such as high-grade underwear and trackless sportswear.

The production line adopts two or three extruders in die coextrusion design. The temperature of each layer can be controlled independently with special design of thermal insulation die, so as to realize one-step coextrusion mode of different materials and different process temperatures, meet the production of diversified combination products of various materials, and solve the limitation that CO extrusion can not be carried out at the same time due to the large difference of material properties and temperature.
