Following a rigorous review of documentation and production processes, the company successfully passed the official US FDA audit and obtained the “No Objection Letter” (NOL) for recycled plastics. This certification signifies that the company’s rPET mechanical recycling process, production standards, and recycled material quality have received formal recognition from a prestigious US authority, further strengthening the company’s global compliance framework.
The newly obtained FDA NOL confirms that Dyun’s physical recycling process for post-consumer rPET complies with US food-contact regulations. The rPET recycled material processed by our complete recycling line is approved for dry food contact applications under Conditions E-G: room-temperature filling and storage, refrigerated or frozen storage (heating inside the container is prohibited).
