After completing all necessary requirements for company registration, Kautex Maschinenfabrik GmbH has now returned to normal operating mode.

Following successful factory acceptance tests in Bonn, the three blow molding machines have been shipped to customers from the production plant in Bonn. The next 3 machines will be ready in the next few months. Not only in terms of machine delivery, sales and after-sales service have also been the focus of the management team during this period. Sales operations are on track again and end-to-end supply chain management is running well.

Recently, the cooperation between the Kautex team and the Jwe team has been reflected through joint visits to customers in Europe and Asia.

After acquiring the brand, patents and most related assets of the Kautex Group, Jwell established a new company, Foshan Kautex Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province.

Jwell Chairman He Haichao took over as CEO, and was supported and managed by Mr. Zhou Quanquan. The facility and new company are still being finalized, and some business issues can already be handled through the “new company” in Shunde.
