Raw Material Supply
In industrial spinning equipment, PET chips or melts are the basic raw materials for spinning, providing a material source for the spinning process.
Fiber Morphology Formation
In the spinning equipment, PET raw material become into a melt stream, through the spinneret hole extrusion, after melting, extrusion, measurement, filtration and other processes. In the process of cooling forming, the melt stram is cooled and solidified by the cooling medium, finally become a polyester fiber with a specific form and performance, such as the fiber with circular section and the fiber with special section.
Endowing With Fiber Performance
Polyester itself has excellent performance such as high strength, good elasticity, good shape retention and high dimensional stability and so on. In industrial spinning equipment, the performance of polyester fibers can be further optimized by controlling the spinning process parameters to meet the needs of different application fields, such as melt temperature, screw extrusion pressure, cooling and blowing temperature and wind speed. For example, through controlling the change of the spinning speed and cooling conditions, the crystallinity and orientation of the fibers will also changed, thus affecting the strength, elasticity, wear resistance and other performance of the fibers.
Achieve Differentiated Production
In the industrial spinning equipment, Polyester can also be differentially modified by adding various additives or adopting special spinning technology to produce polyester fibers with specific functions, such as cationic dyeable polyester, antistatic polyester, and flame-retardant polyester，and so on.These polyester fibers have a wide range of applications in clothing, industry, medical and other fields.
